Pingdu CentralHospital, which is organized by Pingdu health and Family PlanningBureau and based on PPP project mode, will greatly improve the levelof regional medical services and promote the reform of the publichospital system. Based on this, the article carries out the selectionand implementation of PPP project operation mode.The literature method, case analysis method based on AHPcalculation tools for PPP mode selection of Central Hospital Pingduhas carried out analysis and selection and design, come to theconclusion of the study are as follows: combined with the specificcircumstances, Pingdu central hospital through the analysis of PPPmode than in various hospitals, BOT model is the most suitable forthe hospital operation mode; implementation of BOT mode PingduCentral Hospital, from the aspects of design, operation process ofthe income distribution mechanism, supervision mechanism, riskallocation, and the specific implementation measures for the designand discussion, in order to ensure the smooth implementation of PPPmode in the process of construction of hospital center in pingdu.This study is based on the method of scientific and credible,given suggestions on the operation model of PPP project in PingduCentral Hospital of choice, and based on the theory of management andpersonal perception, security measures for the implementation of theoperation mode of the comprehensive solution.
